Regarding finance, loans are available for plots, completed houses, or construction of projects. The loans are given in Euros. The maximum percentage granted is the 75% of the property value. The maximum term for repayment of loans is 25 years. All employees, self-employed and retired people are eligible, providing they submit the usual proof of income. The Bank will not consider any proposed rental income generated from the property. Approval is usually granted (or turned down) within 24 hours of the application.
